Broccoli, red bell pepper and mushrooms are sauteed with tofu in a savory peanut sauce. Garlic soy sesame sauce is the most common sauce that's served with tofu but if you like it spicy, you could add a bit of coarse Korean chili powder (Gochugaru, 고좔가루) in it as well. Healthy and fast, we rely on this peanut sauce-drizzled tofu stir fry to keep ourselves fed and happy in the midst of even the busiest week. Serve over rice and garnish with chopped scallions, coriander leaves or microgreens.

Instructions to make Tofu and sauce:
  1. Fry your tofu with oil, Set aside
  2. Blend your scotch bonnet n onions
  3. Mashed ur fish n remove its skin
  4. Add oil in a pan, add your blended ingredients….Add seasoning,spice,fish and slices onions
  5. Fish is optional (I used it because i like it)
