  3. Place ur stockfish in a bowl and add a little hot water to soften then set aside
  4. Heat up ur frying pan and once hot add in ur palm oil and fry ur fish when done remove
  5. In a another pot add in the palm oil used in frying the fish pour in ur blended/ grated pepper mix ; do not stir add in ur grounded crayfish and soaked stockfish allow it to fry once you notice the oils is floating at the top add in ur salt and seasoning cubes.
  6. Add in 1/4 cup of water in to the pot allow to simmer for 5 minutes, taste and add in ur diced ugu leaves stir and put in ur fried fish. Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for a little seconds
  7. Turn off heat and serve with any suitable swallow of ur choice.
