Steps to make Spaghetti and Fish Stew:
  1. Blend tomato, pepper, onion,cloves until smooth and set aside.
  2. Cut and rinse fish. Add little salt to fish and mix. Add oil to pan and fry the fish. Remove and set aside.
  3. To the oil, add chopped onions, thyme and stir. Add tomato paste and stir fry for 3-5 mins.
  4. Add the blended pepper with spices and seasonings. Cover to boil for some minutes.
  5. Lastly, add the fried fish, taste and adjust. Cover to cook until done. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. In a pot, add water with salt and little oil. Cover and bring to boil.
  7. Add the spaghetti and cover to cook. After 2 mins, Stir so it can cook evenly.
  8. When its soft, sieve out excess water.
  9. Remove from heat and serve with the fish stew
